Manage and oversee monthly and annual payroll processing for all business units, ensuring payroll accuracy, timeliness, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Administer employee compensation, benefits, overtime, payroll deductions, allowances, salary advances, final settlements, and other employee-related payments accurately.
Ensure timely preparation, calculation, submission, and reconciliation of Personal Income Tax (PIT), Withholding Tax (WT), Social Security Board (SSB) contributions, Form 16, Form 16(A), and all statutory reports.
Develop, monitor, and control HR payroll budgets, manpower costs, salary structures, and compensation-related financial planning in alignment with business objectives.
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of employee master data, salary updates, manpower information, leave balances, and payroll records within the HRIS/Payroll system.
Maintain complete and systematic employee personnel files, compensation records, payroll documentation, confirmation/probation records, and ensure document accuracy and confidentiality.
Handle employee enquiries, compensation-related issues, grievances, and provide HR advisory support while maintaining positive employee relations.
Collaborate closely with Business Unit HR teams, Department Heads, Finance, Management, Banks, Government authorities, and external stakeholders regarding compensation, payroll, and HR operational matters.
Manage salary disbursement processes including payroll bank transfers, cash payroll, employee bank account administration, and payment reconciliation.
Prepare payroll, compensation, HR records, and supporting documents required for internal audits, external audits, and management requests within agreed timelines.
Prepare regular HR reports, payroll analysis, manpower reports, compensation analytics, and management reports to support business decision-making.
Lead and develop the Compensation & Benefits team, continuously improve payroll processes, internal controls, HR policies, and compensation practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s/MBA is an advantage.
Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in C&B, Payroll, HR Operations, or Total Rewards, with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Payroll, C&B, Salary Structure, PIT, WT, SSB, and Labor Laws.
Proficient in HRIS, Payroll Systems, MS Excel, and HR Reporting; Odoo experience preferred.
Strong analytical, numerical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, accuracy, and accountability with a continuous improvement mindset.
