• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments

• Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
• HR Diploma/Professional Certification preferred
• Age between 28 to 37 years
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a assistant manager or manager role
