Job Summary
Join Green Nature Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as an HR Manager in Hlaingtharya, Yangon. You will lead core HR, training, and recruitment activities to support a productive, compliant, and people-focused workplace in the clothing manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily HR operations, including employee relations, attendance, and compliance support.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment to hire qualified talent aligned with production needs.
  • Plan and deliver training programs that strengthen performance, skills, and engagement.
  • Support performance management, policy implementation, and HR reporting activities.
  • Partner with department leaders to solve workforce issues and improve team effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality across all employee matters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR, training, and recruitment, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR documentation/reporting systems.
  • Experience at manager level with strong coordination and decision-making ability.
