Job Purpose:Support the Operation Management Head by analysing operational and transaction data, monitoring center performance, identifying performance gaps, and providing timely insights and recommendations to support operational decision-making.

1. Monitor Center Performance

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly operational and business KPIs across all KBZPay Centers and identify performance gaps.

1. Analyze Operational Data

• Analyze transaction trends, productivity, customer service, and operational data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.

1. Prepare Management Reports

• Prepare accurate dashboards, performance reports, and presentations for management reviews with clear findings and recommendations.

1. Support Performance Improvement

• Follow up on agreed action plans with Regional Incharges and Territory Managers/Cluster Managers, and monitor implementation progress.

1. Support Operational Planning

• Assist the Operation Management Head by providing data analysis and operational insights for business reviews, projects, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Recognized degree (preferably in Business Management, Business Administration, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information System, Finance and Economics)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Operations, MIS, Business Analysis, Performance Reporting, or Banking Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; SQL knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and meet reporting deadlines with accuracy.
