The role is responsible for Overall Level 1 Technical support of Department IT requirements.
1 year working experience in NOC/ Service Desk /Call Center Environment
Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, in IT field.
Can be spoken and written in Myanmar and English.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and contact center related applications.
Possess strong soft skills as problem solving , leadership, professional maturity, communication, ability to work independently.
Have the ability to handle complex enquiries and also the everyday challenges involved.
Able to work in Shift 24/7 Environment
