Chief Auditor (Manufacturing Focus)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Auditor to lead internal audit operations across our factories and business units. This role focuses heavily on operational audits within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the full internal audit function across all divisions.

• Develop and execute audit plan in line with professional audit standards.

• Audit key operational areas including production, inventory, procurement, and sales.

• Identify operational risks, control weaknesses, inefficiencies, and compliance issues.

• Conduct in-depth audits to improve productivity, reduce waste, and strengthen internal processes.

• Perform fraud reviews and investigate abnormal or suspicious activities.

• Produce clear, well-structured audit reports with practical, actionable recommendations.

• Track and verify timely implementation of corrective actions.

• Support management in enhancing governance, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

• Lead, coach, and supervise the audit team.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CIA) preferred.

• Strong experience in manufacturing operations (textile, garment, or similar industries preferred).

• Proven track record in operational audit, internal controls, and risk management.

• Minimum 8–10 years audit experience, including manufacturing audit exposure.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• High integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
• Ability to lead audit teams and manage multiple audits.
• Able to travel to factories when required.
