  • Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem

  • Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor of Degree

  •  Preferable in Master of Business Administration.
  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Office or relevant role
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
  • Ability to developing efficient strategies and business plans, Strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial management and negotiation skills.
