• Identify, monitor, analyze and communicate operation updates and activities to concerned community and stakeholders

• Conduct necessary tasks such as Developing process and Compliance check for Group HSE department by the direct order from HSE Director
• Assist on the process of regular reports to relevant government departments in Health Safety, Environment and Community aspect
• Assist in HSE compliance checks ,include but not limited to  data entry and maintaining documents as a document controller

• Demonstrated understanding of the challenges and experiences of village community from diverse backgrounds including Negative Stakeholders
• Broad knowledge of the range of Health, Safety Environmental and Community.
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills in Myanmar and in English.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and database applications.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple and competing work tasks and deliver to agreed deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders.
