Job Description

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
  • Monitor and review company operations to identify compliance risks
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities (e.g., FRD)
  • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
  • Provide compliance training to staff
  • Handle AML/CFT processes and risk assessments
  • Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum (2–3) years of experience in compliance, preferably in Microfinance/Financial Services
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards
  • Good understanding of AML/CFT regulations
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
