Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily support and solutions to SAP issues and inquires, especially on (Finance, Sales, CRM, Procurement, Inventory, Project Management) modules.
  • Provide level 1 & 2 technical support on SAP issues.
  • Proper documentation on SAP workflow & user manuals.
  • Provide system support, user training and support IT-related projects rollout.
  • Provide SAP B1 integration with other business systems.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and support maintenance.
  • Undertake any other ad hoc tasks and projects assigned.
  • Provide suggestion to management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience as an SAP B1 Administrator or similar role.
  • Good experiences in SAP B1 reporting tools, Crystal Reports and SQL queries.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
