We are seeking a highly proactive and detail-oriented Personal Assistant (Japanese Speaker) to support our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of Japanese culture. This role requires multitasking, managing tight deadlines, and working effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism.

 

Here is for you to:

  • Provide comprehensive personal assistant support, including scheduling, correspondence, and coordination.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the organization and Japanese stakeholders, ensuring smooth and efficient interaction.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Facilitate and enhance cross-cultural communication by applying knowledge of Japanese culture and business etiquette.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Compile, organize, and manage reports, including those in Japanese, ensuring accuracy and readiness for internal review and government submission.
  • Arrange and oversee comprehensive travel plans for guests, including flight bookings, accommodation, and related logistics, ensuring a seamless experience.

Job Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language, with JLPT N1 or N2 certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage emotions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and prioritize workload efficiently.
  • Familiarity with Japanese culture and professional practices
