  • Answer customer calls regarding visa requirements, application processes, and documentation.
  • Explain different visa options, processing times, and special assistance services to potential clients.
  • Contact interested customers, provide updates on visa applications, and encourage service bookings.
  • Guide clients in preparing and submitting the required visa documents accurately. 
  • Update client details, application status, and follow-up schedules in the system.
  • .Work towards meeting monthly visa service sales goals and contribute to company revenue.
  • Other administrative tasks as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Other Related Diploma / Qualification
  • 1 year experience in Customer service roles. 
  • Understand Visa process & prepare the necessary visa documents
  • Must be able to answer what customers want to know on Facebook page & phone calls
  • Good command in Computer skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work overtime when necessary
  • Must be able to follow the rules established by the office
