  • Assign and coordinate with call center agents to listen to daily calls to know the highest enquiry and feedback from customers
  • Assign and coordinate with call center agents to extract the Facebook comments from all operators including company's facebook page by daily to get the customer reactions and suggestions
  • Coordinate with call center agents to analyze the collected data from call center and digital media channel to categorize the details of customer reactions such as enquiry, feedback & negative, neutral, positive, suggestion comments
  • Manage call center agents to make the outbound call regularly to get the customers' satisfaction feedback/ customer reaction feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Proven work experience in customer services and/or social media field
  • Fair knowledge in IT literacy (Microsoft Office Skills)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details
  • Knowledge of digital trends and social media developments
  • Fair in English.
