1. Participate in the preliminary exchange of the project, project proposal, the formulation of the implementation plan, and do a good job of communication with the client in the early stage of the project;
2. Must have customer service awareness, able to think independently and be able to solve problems independently;
3. Responsible for routine reporting and exchange of clients, maintains customer relationships, and ensures customer satisfaction with project delivery;
4. Ensure that the project meets contract requirements, customer expectations, and quality requirements are well delivered;
