Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall product lifecycle management for banking and digital products, including product strategy, enhancement planning, commercialization, profitability monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Develop annual product roadmap aligned with business strategy.
  • Lead product ideation, enhancement, and market launch activities.
  • Monitor product profitability, utilization, and customer adoption.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders of the bank.
  • Review competitor offerings and recommend market-responsive features.
  • Prepare management papers, product proposals, and business cases.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of approved product initiatives.
  • Supervise product team members and departmental performance.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Banking, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 9 years of banking product management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Good problem solving and time management
  • Good communication & stakeholder coordination
  • Report writing & documentation
