Develop and implement productive systems, structured workflows, and a disciplined, high-performance culture. Act as the architect of the company, translating top management’s vision into actionablestrategies and tangible results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between strategic objectivesand operational execution. Monitor and improve systems, processes, and performance metrics across the organization. Guide and mentor teams to ensure accountability, productivity, and alignment with companygoals.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development,Strategy, or related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in corporate planning, organizational development, orstrategic management. Proven experience in designing and implementing structured workflows, processimprovement, and business re-engineering initiatives. Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills. Experience with BSC, Profit-Center Management, and OKRs is preferred.
