Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Execute the achievement of assigned DT’s monthly sales target & yearly growth objective in territories assigned
  • Improve efficiency of sales & monitor sale team/ merchandiser & delivery and explore new opportunities to get additional sales
  • Design and implement activities to drive both primary/ secondary sales and visibility
  • Inspect shops and sales and report to ASM whenever there are problems or regulation breakdown and do daily sales report of DT
  • Manage distributors’ operations: sales and distribution, ROI/ ROWC, capacity review, resources & DT infrastructure
  • Be a mentor or coach who can train & develop DT sales team’s skills & competencies
  • Set up sales itinerary, covering whole area and visiting suitable number of outlets daily and by cycle and implement yearly coverage expansion plan including rural area
  • Plan & execute business opportunity to drive distribution of all coverage outlets & new ones

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
  • Good supervisory, communication & discipline
  • Willing to relocate and travel
  • Retail Solution Experience
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales Force in FMCG Industry
