Senior Officer (Partnership Ecosystem - Consumer Banking Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and onboard new property developers, automotive dealers, and strategic partners to expand the Bank’s partnership ecosystem.
  • Drive business growth for Consumer Loans, Home Loans, and Auto Finance through partnership channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and ensure long-term collaboration.
  • Support customers and partners throughout the loan application process, ensuring smooth and efficient experience.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate loan processing, approvals, and partner onboarding.
  • Monitor sales performance, portfolio growth, and key business metrics to achieve assigned targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and enhance business strategies.
  • Prepare business performance reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of sales campaigns, partnership programs, and business development initiatives.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • Any Graduate or relevant academic background
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in Consumer Banking, Business Development, Relationship Management, Sales, or Partnership Management.
  • Good understanding of Consumer Loans, Home Loans, Auto Finance, and banking products.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and business development capabilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business performance data.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of loan processing and credit assessment will be an added advantage.
