Engagement Program Development:

  • Lead the design, planning, and implementation of engagement programs that boost customer retention and amplify platform interaction.
  • Identify potential gaps causing reduced customer engagement and devise strategies to counteract them.

Industry Benchmarking:

  • Continuously monitor engagement strategies of competitor apps and other industry leaders.
  • Ensure that our engagement offerings are not only in line but surpass industry benchmarks, setting a gold standard in user engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Design Thinking:

  • Collaborate intensively with internal teams, ensuring alignment of engagement strategies with overarching company goals and positive user experience.
  • Implement design thinking methodologies to create user-focused programs that yield tangible benefits.

Market & Customer Insight:

  • Maintain an updated understanding of the B2B e-commerce landscape and FMCG market in Myanmar.
  • Establish direct communication channels with users to capture feedback, ensuring their needs, challenges, and aspirations influence our engagement strategies.

Advocacy & Feature Requests:

  • Represent the user's voice vehemently within the product management team.
  • Propose new feature requests when the existing platform capabilities fall short of the requirements of the envisioned engagement strategies.

Program Approval & Implementation:

  • Obtain the requisite approvals for new engagement strategies, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the fluid integration of engagement programs, ensuring user accessibility and effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An advanced degree or specialist certifications will be advantageous.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in user engagement, loyalty programs, or a related domain, ideally within the e-commerce or FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated prowess in conceptualizing and deploying engagement strategies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and user propensities.
  • Superior communication and collaboration capacities.
  • Fluency in both Burmese and English.
