Deliver and facilitate in-house training programs to develop employees’ skills and competencies.
Implement and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for effective training delivery and tracking.
Identify training needs (TNA) and prepare annual/quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate and liaise with external training providers for outsourced training programs.
Lead and manage the performance appraisal process across all departments.
Develop, monitor, and review KPI frameworks to ensure fair and consistent performance management.
Support continuous improvement of training and performance systems to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or assistant managerial role.
Strong expertise in Training & Development, Performance Management, and HR Systems (LMS).
Solid knowledge of KPI planning, performance appraisal tools, and HR policy design.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/LMS platforms.
Must be able to travel
