Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise engineering operations for SKD assembly, ensuring technical precision, production efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor line layout and process flows to identify technical improvements that can reduce assembly cycle times.
  • Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability, production timelines, and continuous improvement of assembly workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain 4M of production line equipment and prepare and supervise new model preparation.
  • Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and operational transparency.
  • Supervise, assign daily tasks to, and evaluate a team of technicians, electricians, and mechanics.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline; Master’s / advanced technical qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 8 or 4 years of experience in automotive manufacturing environment and minimum 5 or 2 years in supervisory position.
  • Strong understanding of automotive production systems, assembly processes, and engineering controls.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and executing engineering process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools and MS Office.
