Job Description

  • Design and develop new menu items that align with brand standards and customer preferences
  • Ensure recipes are standardized, cost-effective, and scalable for high-volume production
  • Regularly update and refresh the menu to keep it relevant
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Monitor food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain consistency and quality
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, including food handling, storage, and sanitation
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Implement and enforce food safety protocols and procedures
  • Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, prep staff, and other team members
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth
  • Ensure that all food items meet or exceed customer expectations in taste, presentation, and portion size

Job Requirements

  • Must have obtained a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree from a Culinary school
  • Must have at least 5 years of restaurant experience
  • Must have at least 3 years of experience related to fast food, hamburger, fried chicken
  • Must have Food and Hygiene knowledge
  • Food poisoning must be understood
  • Those who have experience drawing menus for restaurants and bars can apply preferentially
