Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Ensuring menu quality and consistency across all stores 

  • Create and standardize recipes for Local Foods and Western Deli Foods 

  • Drive Successful implementation of new menus and training completion rates 

  • Train store kitchen teams on menu preparation and food presentation 

  • Maintain compliance with food safety and hygiene standards 

  • Conduct store visits to check food quality, hygiene, and display standards and monitor visual merchandising and food freshness in all branches 

  • Support innovation and new menu launches 

  • Communicate regularly with teams and operations departments to gather feedback, share updates, and submit reports  

  • Prepare well in advance for training sessions and follow instructions from the Department Head 

  • Conduct weekly store visits and submit reports on performance, findings, challenges, and opportunities 

  • Ensure product quality, freshness, and display standards comply with company guidelines to maximize customer appeal

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma (Culinary Arts or Food Science is highly preferred). 

  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Chef, Sous Chef, or Deli Specialist. 

  • Creative mindset with the ability to design new, tasty, and visually attractive menus. 

  • Strong English proficiency (4 Skills). 

  • Relevant culinary or food safety certificates are required. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
