A Big Opportunity for ...

Supervising the food preparation process and any other related activities.
Constructing menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring variety and quality.
Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.
Enforcing safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen
Overseeing all kitchen operations.
Coordinating kitchen staff, and assisting them as required.
Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.
Complies with Network and departmental policies.
Resolve or assist workers to resolve work problems.
Requisition stock, materials, supplies or equipment.
Determine food or beverage costs.
Making sure daily menu is followed.
Providing Menu to Head of school for upcoming Month.
Inform the manager about kitchen and staff problems.
Follow personal hygiene guidelines.
