  • Manage daily F&B service operations including Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Banquets.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
  • Design and implement creative F&B promotions to boost sales revenue.
  • Monitor departmental expenses, inventory, and cost control measures.
  • Train and supervise staff on service protocols, hygiene, and upselling techniques.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any service issues professionally.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as an F&B Service Manager or Assistant Manager in the Hotel industry.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in F&B management systems (POS) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent knowledge of current food and beverage trends.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
  • Willingness to travel to other hotel locations as per business requirements.
