Key Responsibilities (JR):
Manage and strengthen relationships with key merchants to drive active usage.
Conduct regular visits and communication with merchants to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
Promote campaigns, promotions, and new features to merchants.
Collect merchant feedback and share insights with the business team.
Support transaction growth by guiding merchants on effective usage of AYA Pay acceptance.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless merchant support and service delivery.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, merchant management, or customer relationship roles (FinTech or banking experience is an advantage).
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Willingness to travel and meet merchants regularly.
