Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee daily factory operations across Fermentation, Distillation, Boiler, Ageing, Blending, Bottling, M & E, QC, QA, and Warehousing.
- Ensure production plans are achieved in line with annual, monthly, and weekly manufacturing forecasts and business demand.
- Monitor factory performance, resolve operational bottlenecks, and optimize the utilization of manpower, machinery, materials, and utilities.
- Translate technical direction and business priorities into effective operational execution.
- Strengthen communication, alignment, and accountability across all factory functions.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
- Improve production efficiency, labour productivity, machine utilization, throughput, manufacturing yields, and downtime reduction.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve overall factory performance.
- Investigate process losses and promote a culture of operational excellence.
Yield, Loss & Cost Management
- Monitor and improve manufacturing yields throughout Fermentation, Distillation, Ageing, Blending, and Bottling processes.
- Manage alcohol recovery, evaporation losses, packaging losses, shrinkage, scrap, and other manufacturing losses.
- Prepare and manage factory budgets while controlling manufacturing, labour, utility, maintenance, and operating costs.
- Drive sustainable cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or operational reliability.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, regulatory requirements, and statutory approvals.
- Support supplier quality improvement by establishing acceptable quality standards and providing technical guidance.
- Ensure products consistently meet customer expectations and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and quality-focused manufacturing environment.
- Execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Support new product launches, process improvements, and factory expansion initiatives.
- Lead CAPEX implementation projects in partnership with the Manufacturing Head.
 

Job Requirements
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 10 years' manufacturing experience with at least 5 years in a senior factory leadership position.
- Experience in alcoholic beverage, FMCG, food, distillation, or process manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Strong experience managing multicultural and multilingual workforces.
- Proven success in leading operational improvements and organizational change.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
