Job Summary
Experienced General Manager needed to lead operations at Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery in Yangon. The role oversees business performance, teams, and day-to-day execution to support growth, quality, and service excellence in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
● Lead overall business operations, set priorities, and ensure alignment with company goals and standards.
● Supervise cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, customer service, and accountability.
● Monitor financial performance, budgets, forecasts, and operational metrics to support profitable growth.
● Oversee production, supply chain, inventory, and vendor coordination to maintain efficient workflow.
● Strengthen sales, marketing, and customer relationships to expand market presence and brand value.
● Implement policies, procedures, and compliance practices to ensure safe and consistent operations.
● Identify process improvements and strategic opportunities to enhance performance and long-term results.
● Report progress, risks, and key business updates to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
● Proven experience in general management, operations leadership, or senior management within manufacturing or FMCG.
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams, drive performance, and build a positive culture.
● Solid financial understanding, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost control.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Ability to develop and execute business strategies that support growth and operational efficiency.
● Experience in production, supply chain, sales coordination, or quality-focused environments is preferred.
● Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work under pressure.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and business reporting tools.
● High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to continuous improvement.
