Job Summary
The General Manager – Green Energy will lead the overall strategy, business development, project execution, operations, and commercial performance of the Group's renewable energy business. The incumbent will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, developing renewable energy projects, managing engineering and construction activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable business growth.
The role requires strong commercial leadership combined with technical expertise in renewable energy technologies, project finance, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. Successful renewable energy GMs typically oversee strategy, project delivery, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and cross-functional leadership.

1. Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute the Group's Green Energy Strategy.
Identify new renewable energy investment opportunities.
Prepare long-term business plans and expansion strategies.
Lead diversification into renewable energy sectors.
Build strategic partnerships with local and international investors.

3. Project Development
Manage projects from concept through commissioning by:
