Responsibility
General manager is key parts of a management team to be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation for one of our organization's lines of business, which involves making important policy and strategic as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures and oversees high-level of operation process to ensuring that people, equipment, capacity and resources are suitable with company strategy and fully utilize. Establish operation standard control to shop floor and ensuring all operation activities are performed with high quality, productivity, efficiency, costing and safely to meet company standard and customer expectation.
Job Description:

Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations.
Maximize productivity of machinery and workers and coordinate all manufacturing activities and ensure the highest efficiency of a production shift and production gain-loss from operations.
Management members for implementing the Company Policy on safety and health to be ensure the safety standards are met
Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures to improve cost efficiency.
Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
Screening, recruiting, and provide training to new factory workers.
Manage quality control system to establish and execute effectiveness in quality control processes.
Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
Manage & ensure analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
Preparing operation performance reports with root causes analysis and gap closure.
Ensure Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets.
Provide inspired leadership for the organization.
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
Ensure budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing are well preparation and proposal.
Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations (COC).
Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, Logistics, or related field.
Male or female
Age 38 - 50 years
Excellent communication skills for both English & Burmese languages
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, AI & New Technology
Experience in management, operations, financial and leadership 10 year as minimums
Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including costing, profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management.
Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
High skill in Operation efficiency improvement.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
Certification in Production and Inventory Management as well as Quality Control.
Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
The ability to multitasks.
Outstanding time management, coaching, plant layout, project management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong management and leadership skills.
Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
Experience with corporate governance.
