Job Description

•    Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including production schedules, staffing, and quality control to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.
•    Ensure all baked goods meet high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation in accordance with company policies and health regulations.
•    Manage inventory levels, coordinate orders with suppliers, monitor ingredient costs, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
•    Recruit, train, and manage bakery staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Provide ongoing support and conduct performance evaluations to optimize team productivity.
•    Maintain a high standard of customer service by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring all interactions reflect the brand’s commitment to quality.
•    Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations, regularly reviewing compliance policies and training staff accordingly.
•    Collaborate with the bakery team to develop new products, seasonal offerings, and creative menu items that align with customer preferences and market trends.

Job Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Bakery Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
•    Proven experience as a Bakery Operations Manager or similar role in the F&B industry, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
•    Strong knowledge of bakery operations, quality control, and cost management.
•    Proficiency in bakery management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a record of training and motivating staff.
•    Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
•    Creative problem-solving and a passion for bakery product innovation.
•    Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry.
•    Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients to ensure consistent product quality.
