Job Description

  • Staff rules and regulations set by Yoma Bank. Workplace activities; Must be able to abide by policies
  • Must be able to perform his / her duties to the highest level by acting honestly
  • Must be able to travel throughout Myanmar and, if necessary, be able to travel throughout Myanmar and manage the itinerary, if necessary, with the city / village / district / region / state / nearest region / state where the branch is located
  • To start field work based on the submission of the request from the relevant departments and the company that has the right to sell the goods for collecting the loan / sending the warning letter / confiscating the goods
  • Obtaining / obtaining information from the Exiting Collection Team on loan default status and default (capital, interest, penalties)
  •  Send notices to those who fail to repay the loan and sign the receipt
  • Reporting field findings of those who failed to repay the loan
  • Reaching out to debtors and negotiating for a default loan
  •  Visiting debt collectors and collecting default loans
  • The money collected must be paid to the relevant branch office as soon as possible in accordance with the business instructions to keep the money collected honestly
  • Be able to sign a loan repayment agreement with a specific commitment in collecting the loan repayment
  • Systematic signing and repossession of machinery / vehicles / machinery from those who failed to repay the loan
  • Inspect and record the visual condition of the stored machine / vehicle / machine if necessary. Check List, and Photographs must be taken
  • After the machine / vehicle / machine is repossessed directly from the bank, it must be driven to the relevant warehouse or delivered. If you cannot drive, it must be delivered by any transportation
  • Field operation can be carried out individually or in groups. As a group in collaboration with a respective dealer
  • Relevant branches, dealers, ability to co-operate with local organizations
  • Daily activities and completion of tasks should be reported daily to the relevant manager
  • You must be able to learn and follow the duties of Yoma Bank Existing Collection and be able to perform duties related to Existing Collection

Job Requirements

  • Must have a bachelor's degree or law degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to those who have a business diploma
  • Microsoft Word; Must be able to use Microsoft Excel and Email

  • Must have experience in the field of debt collection in the financial sector

  •  Experience in insurance / machine / vehicle / machine seizure experience

  • Must be proficient in Myanmar language
  • Must be fluent in English
