An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Checking and handling of cell down if necessary changes if device on tower.
  • Rescue IP or DWDM link down, cell down, and site down.
  • Patrolling and measuring of fiber cable routes (UG and Overhead) with work order assigned form Mytel.
  • Visit sites and perform monthly work order(MRWO)for main node/self build/Tower co sites.
  • Preventive maintenance of DG/Battery and solar system as per Mytel’s WO.
  • Solve DG alarm on site,8KVA,13KVA,30KVA need to know overall.
  • Follow up assigned of team leader.
  • Knowledge in Telecom installation(IT) & Transmission used at Telecom industry.
  • Cooperate with NOC or Technical Center work assigned and information.
  • Checking and confirmation of M&E material failure with Mytel M&E Ho.
  • Monitoring and controlling of site/cell down and push TCO via phone call and viber.
  • Monthly checking of KWH and DGRH of offline sites.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience or knowledge in the telecommunications field.
  • Familiarity with telecom equipment, tools, and basic network systems.
  • Ability to handle, install, or maintain telecom equipment effectively.
  • Strong public relations and communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
