Job Description

  • Franchise Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to meet franchise recruitment targets by identifying and attracting potential franchise owners.
  • Target Setting & Sales: Establish sales and growth objectives, working closely with internal stakeholders to drive performance and maximize franchise sales.
  • Franchise Owner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees by providing guidance, support, and consistent communication throughout the franchise journey.
  • Account Management: Oversee the entire franchise process from account opening, negotiations, contract signing, and business launch.
  • After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to franchisees, addressing any operational issues or concerns to ensure their business success and satisfaction.
  • Operational Guidance: Work closely with franchisees to help them align with brand standards, including operations, marketing, and financial performance.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for franchise growth and expansion in different regions.
  • Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on franchise performance, providing regular updates to manager on franchise recruitment and sales targets.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, (Any Graduates) or Bachelor's degree in Business is a plus.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in franchise development, sales, or business development (experience in food and beverage, especially in QSR, is a plus).
  • Age between (24-30) years old.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Experience in providing post-sales operational support is preferred.
  • Ability to travel as planned for regional market development.
  • Computer skill (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
