Job Description

  • Manage daily fleet operations including vehicle scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
  • Ensure timely and efficient transportation services for company operations.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization and optimize fleet performance.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and serviced according to schedules.
  • Monitor vehicle inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
  • Implement safety policies and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
  • Supervise drivers and fleet staff to ensure professional performance.
  • Monitor driver behavior, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct driver training on safety and operational standards.
  • Manage fuel consumption, maintenance expenses, and operational costs.
  • Prepare monthly fleet reports, performance analysis, and cost control plans.
  • Implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Ensure all vehicle registrations, licenses, insurance, and documentation are valid and updated.
  • Maintain fleet records, logbooks, and operational data.
  • Ensure compliance with government transport regulations.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fleet or transportation management.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, fleet operations, and transportation regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
