Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics operations
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers on shipment schedules, documentation, and dispatch
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents
  • Handle and review shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, CO, Form E, etc.)
  • Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time delivery
  • Support in customs clearance process and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Coordinate with BD team to align delivery schedules
  • Prepare logistics reports (shipment status, cost analysis, delays, etc.)
  • Resolve shipment issues such as delays, damages, or discrepancies
  • Assist in negotiating rates with logistics service providers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
  • Experience in import/export and international shipping is an advantage
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain management
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
