Procurement and Sourcing Lead overseas and local sourcing activities to identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on pricing, quality, reliability, and service.
Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contract terms and conditions, optimize processes, and ensure timely and cost-effective material, product, and service procurement.
Drive initiatives for cost savings, quality improvement, and supply risk mitigation.
Negotiate favorable terms and ensure the best possible outcomes for the organization. 2. Purchasing Oversee purchasing activities for both local and international procurement, ensuring competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
Drive the organization's approval process and prepare project proposals, including budget planning and payment schedules.
Monitor contract processes and negotiate terms to minimize costs and risks.
Organize payment schedules, verify them with suppliers, and coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely transactions. 3. Shipment Planning Ensure on-time delivery of goods according to agreed production and delivery schedules.
Manage shipment planning and deal with logistics agencies and freight forwarders to manage transportation and import processes efficiently.
Analyze expenses and obtain management approval for shipping costs to ensure cost efficiency and optimized delivery schedules. 4. Database and Improvement Maintain and update procurement trackers, including purchase contracts and inquiry records, to ensure accurate documentation of all procurement activities.
Develop and implement strategies to identify solutions and enhance the efficiency of the procurement process. 5. Reporting and Cross-functional Coordination Regularly compile and present comprehensive reports on procurement performance, monthly budget updates, and pivotal performance indicators.
Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement initiatives with company objectives.
Perform any other procurement-related tasks assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, contract negotiation, and inventory control.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement/ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and market analysis.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
