A Good Opportunity for ..

Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
Establish target, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Negotiate supplier arrangements for food and beverage products
Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders
Process customer complaints patiently

Job Requirements

Must have Bachelor degree
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages
Ability to adhere to budget and meet financial targets
Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem solving and communication skills
Ability to forecast food and everage needs
Excellent customer service skills
