*** Must be able to work in IFCS (Partnership company with Myanmar Airways International)

  • Manage overall procurement operations and purchasing activities.
  • Source reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely purchasing.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and budgeting plans.
  • Coordinate with related departments to fulfill operational requirements efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum (3) years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, vendor sourcing, and contract management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and control purchasing costs effectively.
  • Experience in supplier evaluation and vendor relationship management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in F&B, Catering, Airline, Hospitality, or Manufacturing industry is preferred.
