Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

Lead daily O&M activities for Solar PV, BESS, SCADA, transformers, switchgear, and electrical systems.
Develop and implement preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans.
Monitor plant performance, analyze faults, and improve system efficiency.
Lead O&M engineers and technicians, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance.
Prepare daily/monthly O&M and performance reports.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies, electrical safety standards, and company procedures.
Manage customer communications, maintenance schedules, and service requests.
Control spare parts inventory and support asset lifecycle management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electrical Power, Mechanical, Renewable Energy Engineering, or related field.
7~10 years of O&M experience, including at least 3 years in an O&M Manager or Senior O&M Engineer role.
Experience in Solar PV, renewable energy, power generation, or electrical infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, SCADA, LV/MV systems, transformers, switchgear, preventive maintenance, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Experience with BESS is an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to travel nationwide.
