Role and Responsibilities

• Business and market Analysis

1. Identify for long term business opportunity and potential impacts of real estate sector.
2. Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business execution and expansion.
3. Monitor the real estate economic indicators, and regulatory factors influencing real estate demand.

• Business Strategy

1. Develop the strategic that to provide opportunity to market sales and market share.
2. Conduct the sustainable business model align with organizational goal.

• Operation and Execution

1. Conduct for new potential project opportunities for estate sector.
2. Develop the related sector oversee new market initiatives.

• Relationship Management

1. Build the long-term relationship with existing clients, and potential business partner.
2. Establish strong relationships with government officials and stakeholders.
3. Facilitate appointments between company management and government officials, potential clients, and stakeholders.
4. Participate in VIP trips, client trips, and special client meetings as assigned by management.

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in real estate development, business development, public relations, or related fields, including senior management or leadership experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong commercial and business development skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and support strategic decisions.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant project management or reporting tools.
