• Prepare inspection plan within special business units or site of each inspection procedure by determining inspection period against work quantity properly
• Inspects not only interior and exterior of the office damage including cleanliness, and landscaping also vehicles in a clean, organized and safe condition
• Inspects all SBUs or sites are properly performing administrative related standards stipulated in the organization by adhering to honesty, morality and parity
• Disseminate the inspection results (particularly findings / issues and recommendations) to the head of operations department
• Responsible to monitor and review the realization of inspection recommendations by the all SBUs and sites
• Diplomatically handle and diffuse sensitive, difficult and disruptive situations that may arise
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the direct supervisor and/or Management

Educational Qualifications/ Experience required:

• Bachelor Degree and any master degree related with applied position
• Minimum 8 years’ experiences in similar position
• Strong knowledge with construction related materials

Skills and Knowledge required:

• Strong knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly dependable and trustworthy
• Strong internal personal skill and effective communication skills with a talent for operating across different levels of an organization
• Ability to work independently
• Be honest, courtesy and highly responsible and initiative person
• Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues and maintain confidentiality
• Regularly require to relocate or travel
