Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Lead and manage the PMD team to achieve departmental objectives and organizational priorities.
Prepare and submit annual plans, departmental strategies, budgets, and management reports in line with business objectives.
Provide timely and accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to Senior Management.
Analyze management data and prepare clear recommendations to support effective decision-making.
Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, reports, and analytical tools using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations, management decks, proposals, and briefing materials within short deadlines.
Coordinate multiple assignments simultaneously and ensure timely completion according to priorities and deadlines.
Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal departments and relevant stakeholders.
Support policy, procedure, performance management, employee development, and organizational improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper documentation, reporting accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Identify operational issues, provide practical solutions, and escalate critical matters to Senior Management when required.
Perform other duties and special projects assigned by Senior Management.
Candidates with a banking background are preferred.
Direct report to Chief People Officer.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated experience in a General Manager role.
Strong command of English communication, including speaking, writing, reading, and business correspondence.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, advanced functions, formulas, data analysis, reporting, and dashboard preparation.
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare professional management presentations, reports, and business proposals within tight deadlines.
Able to type accurately in both Myanmar and English without relying on external assistance.
Strong multitasking, time-management, prioritization, and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
Applicants should be under 45 years of age.
Experience in using Power BI is preferred.
Candidates who are available to join immediately will be given preference.
