Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for leading the overall business operations of the company by driving strategic growth, operational excellence, financial performance, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will oversee all core business functions, including Fleet Operations, Warehouse Management, Transportation, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Development, Legal & Compliance, and Human Resources, ensuring sustainable business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's strategic business plan aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive business growth, operational efficiency, and long-term profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and expansion strategies.
• Lead organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Direct and oversee the entire logistics operation, including:
  • Fleet Management
  • Warehouse Operations
  • Transportation & Distribution
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Customer Service

• Ensure all operational activities are executed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Develop annual business plans, operating budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor revenue, profitability, operating expenses, and cash flow.
• Drive cost optimization and maximize operational efficiency.
• Review financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to Management.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and government authorities.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee corporate governance, legal matters, licensing, and contractual agreements.
• Minimize operational, financial, and legal risks.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, labor, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the management team.
• Build a high-performance culture through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee organizational development, succession planning, and talent management.
• Establish company-wide KPIs and monitor business performance.
• Present monthly and annual operational and financial reports to the Managing Director.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or Master's Degree is preferred.

• Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in the Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, Freight Forwarding, or Warehouse Industry.
• Minimum 5 years in a General Manager, Operations Director, Country Manager, or equivalent leadership position.
• Proven experience managing large-scale logistics operations.
