Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
To set up Sales and Marketing teams to focus on targeted tenants’ groups
To set up KPIs for Sales and Marketing teams
To meet with key tenants for successful closing of land sales
Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
Stay up-to-date on current market trends
Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
To revamp marketing materials and sales brochures (in various relevant languages)
To increase market awareness of PIC, via media, conferences, advertisements and other appropriate means
To develop land pricing strategy and adjust land pricing from time to time in relation to the growth of PIC

Job Requirements

10-15 years of relevant work experiences in project management or real estate management
Strong organizational, analytical and quantitative skills
Excellent time management, communication & interpersonal skill
Possessing skills in Leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
Travel will be necessary in line with operational requirements.
Familiarity with terms and conditions of Project Contracts
