Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee day-to-day sales, monitoring, and forecasting to better understand the market
  • To set up Sales and Marketing teams to focus on targeted tenants’ groups
  • To set up KPIs for Sales and Marketing teams
  • To meet with key tenants for successful closing of land sales
  • Continually assess our marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales
  • Stay up-to-date on current market trends
  • Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Collaborate with marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
  • To revamp marketing materials and sales brochures (in various relevant languages)
  • To increase market awareness of PIC, via media, conferences, advertisements and other appropriate means
  • To develop land pricing strategy and adjust land pricing from time to time in relation to the growth of PIC

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in a related subject
  • 10-15 years of relevant work experiences in project management or real estate management
  • Strong organizational, analytical and quantitative skills
  • Excellent time management, communication & interpersonal skill
  • Possessing skills in Leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing
  • Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Travel will be necessary in line with operational requirements.
  • Familiarity with terms and conditions of Project Contracts
