1. Business Management & Strategy

  • Develop and implement company business strategies and annual operational plans.
  • Drive business growth, profitability, and market expansion.
  • Monitor overall company performance and ensure achievement of business targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
  • Support long-term organizational sustainability and competitive advantage.

2. Operations Management

  • Oversee daily business operations across all departments.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Engineering, Finance, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams.
  • Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and workflow processes.
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and operational standards are properly implemented.
  • Monitor project execution and operational timelines.

3. Financial Management

  • Manage company budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures.
  • Review financial reports, cash flow, revenue performance, and profitability analysis.
  • Ensure proper financial discipline and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Finance Department for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Support management decisions with financial and operational analysis.

4. Leadership & People Management

  • Lead, motivate, and develop department managers and employees.
  • Build a high-performance organizational culture.
  • Conduct performance reviews and KPI monitoring.
  • Support talent development, succession planning, and manpower planning.
  • Resolve organizational and operational issues effectively.

5. Sales & Business Development

  • Support sales growth and customer relationship management.
  • Monitor sales performance and market activities.
  • Participate in key client meetings, negotiations, and business development activities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

6. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and strategic plans.
  • Support internal control systems and risk management processes.

7. Reporting & Communication

  • Prepare and present management reports to Directors/Shareholders.
  • Provide strategic recommendations for business improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication across all departments.
  • Conduct management meetings and operational reviews regularly.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
  • MBA or Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of management experience.
  • Proven experience in business operations and team leadership.
  • Experience in Engineering, Energy, Trading, Distribution, or Manufacturing industries preferred.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
  • Excellent business management and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Financial and operational management knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems.
  • May require travel for business operations and client meetings.
