  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.  
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention processes.  
  • Design and manage employee development, training, and succession planning programs.  
  • Ensure compliance with industry-specific labor laws, safety regulations, and HR policies.  
  • Lead performance management, compensation, and benefits programs.  
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture.  
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.  
  • Oversee HR reporting, analytics, and audit compliance.  
  • Lead and develop the HR team to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.  
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR management experience, preferably in the Power or Energy industry.
  • Strong knowledge of industry-specific labor laws, safety standards, and HR best practices.  
  • Proven leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.  
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
