Job Description

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, and systems.
  • Assist in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee compensation & benefits administration, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage payroll processing and HR records with accuracy.
  • Manage recruitment & selection processes to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies & procedures, labor laws, and industrial relations.
  • Implement HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) initiatives and workshops.
  • Maintain and optimize HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and engagement programs.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate, BBA (HR)/ B.Com (HR), Diploma in Human Resources Management, MBA and MBA in HRM is Perfect.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in an HRM-related role.
  • Age 35 and above
  • Strong knowledge of HR Management strategies, compensation structures, employee relations, and Myanmar labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, payroll software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for HRM practices.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
