  • Lead end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, performance, training, and compensation.
  • Be a trusted advisor to employees and leadership teams.
  • Develop HR strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Champion Employee Relations: resolve workplace conflicts, support fair treatment, and ensure legal compliance.
  • Monitor and improve workplace engagement, culture, and team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and internal policies.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team for continuous growth and success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 3+ years in people management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary processes.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Excellent communication in both English and Burmese.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in retail, FMCG, or distribution sectors is a big advantage
