Set and achieve strategic goals related to social media metrics, design and improve upon marketing campaigns for each aspect of the company.
Implement and manage marketing strategy and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
All activities in the marketing department and responsible for the creation of innovation marketing strategies that will build the business’s brand, leading to increased revenue, respect, and relevance among the business’s target audience.
Review of monthly, quarterly, annual and sale review & analysis to BOD.
Grow and develop the in-house marketing team and manage content marketing strategy.
Overall responsibility for brand management, digital marketing management and corporate identity.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
Managing all marketing for the company and activities within the marketing department.
Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing promotional campaigns, sponsorship programs and product training.
Developing and executing the Trade Marketing Plans, setting and tracking brand sales targets in line with sales and marketing objectives

Male/Female age (35) and above.Any Graduate (or) Diploma of Sale and Marketing (or) MBA
Good command of the English language, good communication, Computer skill, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and long hours
Previous working experience as a Marketing & Sales Manager for over (5) year(s)
Knowledge have hair product and cosmetic product.
